Many of us our familiar with Zeno’s Paradoxes, particularly the one about the frog. Every time Zeno’s frog jumps, he jumps half way toward a wall. How many jumps before it reaches the wall? The answer…never!
In much the same way that the frog comes ever-closer to the wall but never reaches it, agile transformations never end. Stated differently, while dramatic transformation may end, opportunities for improvement continue indefinitely. We never really stop transforming.
